You get a solid, full featured form builder that's been around for a long time with a good track record; plenty of good reviews over on WordPress.org.

My only suggestion is that I think the UI/UX is slightly outdated and can be modernized to be more user-friendly and easier to use. Bit Forms offers a lot of flexibility, so it would benefit from having a more simple, intuitive UX that is clean and modern.

I also have LTDs for Bit Integrations and Bit Flows, so it's nice to finally add Bit Forms to my tech stack.

As a consumer and WordPress evangelist I'm always happy to see more competition between these talented developers, as it fosters better products and greater innovation. It's nice to see the "Bit" brand competing with the other big boys like the "Fluent" and "Sure" brand within the WordPress niche, who offer form plugin LTDs for $500+.

I was happy to see that Bit Form appeared on App Sumo. For the price, it's a no-brainer. I have already had time to test it, and it works great - I recommend it.

This is a fantastic product. The options and customisation are unlimited. I had a question (not an issue), and they swiftly answered it for me and included a video demonstrating the solution (thanks, guys). I also purchased Bit Flow (another amazing product), so I can integrate both of them. I have total confidence in the products and the first-class support (a rarity these days). I encourage anyone on the fence to jump off...and purchase.

I am absolutely delighted with the WordPress plugin Bit Forms! Installation was child's play and I was able to get started straight away.

The customisability of the forms is very good, but not quite perfect for me yet 😉. I was able to design and customise my first forms ‘almost’ to my liking.

I shared some of my points in the Facebook community.

- I'm missing a collapsible section that works with another section (arccordion effect)
- also allow licencing with a key or in the customer area with a URL. You don't always want to log in with customer pages.
- In my opinion, the calculation function is rather cumbersome with the conditions section. If you need many invoices in one form.

Bit Forms is already very flexible that I can use it for different purposes. Whether contact form, survey or registration form - this plugin can do ‘almost’ everything!
