As far as I know there could be some issues with Auth for google ,meta and tic toc if we get it on our own domain . Will this really be possible ? Thank you
I am trying to understand your reply to this comment. Are you saying that there is some manual component to making this work by adding the domain name to the redirect URI to the Auth on your end?
Exactly, technically I see no issue on adding CNAMEs. But it is not possible to add a CNAME domain automatically to the oauth settings for google and meta.
Q: White Label Tier 3-5: Any differences?
Is there a difference between white label options in Tier 3-5? I note that you mentioned CNAME for a custom subdomain; custom favicons are planned for Tier 5. Thanks.
Tier 3 and Tier 5 currently offer the same white-labeling features. Once we release support for CNAME (custom subdomains) and custom favicons, both tiers will have access to those options.

Q: Inquiry About the Definition and Scope of 'Custom API Integrations' in Connexify
Could you please explain why the functionality is referred to as 'Custom API integrations' rather than just 'API'? From the name 'Custom API integrations', it seems like we can integrate with other platforms that may not be available within the Connexify app. Am I understanding this correctly? Could you expand on this topic?
When we say “Custom API integrations”, we’re referring to the ability for Connexify users to access a simple, dedicated API that exposes the data already produced and managed within your account.
This means you can: • Fetch information like onboarded clients, account statuses, and link activity • Use that data to trigger automated workflows in your...
First of all I would like to express my gratitude for your remarkable platform and I would like to purchase the licence for your platform but before I make my purchase I have the following questions:
1) What is the difference between clients and users in terms of their roles?
2) As I see on your roadmap on version 1.0.11 you have already integrated the WordPress platform and I would like to know with this integration now only customer can access in their personal account or other WordPress users like admin, seller, managers also can access in their personal account or not?
3) How many WordPress sites, for example, can we connect with the licence Tier 4?
A: Hello Feruz91469, Thank you for your interest in our platform and for your thoughtful questions! Let me clarify the terminology and answer your questions: 1) Users vs. Clients:
Users are the agencies or businesses (like yourself) who use our Connexify software Clients are your customers - the people you want to provide access to their resources/accounts
Indeed, this means that when customers and sellers register on the WordPress site, they are then directed to their WordPress dashboard. Is this the case?
As I understand it, your platform allows users to log in to their dashboard application and protects their data, is that correct?
Thank you for your reply.
Q: If I purchase 1 tier would I have the option to pay the difference when I want to upgrade?
To be honest, we’re not 100% sure if AppSumo allows you to upgrade by just paying the difference, and unfortunately, we don’t have any influence over how they handle that.
We’d recommend reaching out to the AppSumo support team directly to double-check. If there’s anything we can do from our side to help, just let us know! 😊

Jun 9, 2025A: At least we might not be able to make it fully automated. But adding multiple redirect URIs to auth does not seem to be a problem.

Hello Sandor,
Thank you for your answer.
I'm looking for access authorization for customers and seller, and does Connexify give me this option?
Than, how many sites can I connect with WordPress?
Thank you for your reply.
Hey Feruz91469, I'm not sure what "access authorization for customers and seller" exactly means. Can you elaborate please?
Thank you for your answer.
Indeed, this means that when customers and sellers register on the WordPress site, they are then directed to their WordPress dashboard. Is this the case?
