The design looks really nice, but that’s where it ends!!! Everything else has been a HUGE struggle. Creating the content you require is difficult, and none of the available options work in your favor. The generated content and images are very average and unnatural and don’t reflect the actual request. I’m returning to my previous manual method and posting platform, it worked amazingly well.

I'm pretty disappointed in this product. Despite having "roles" there is no control of these roles, even at the highest level. If you invite a user, and they create their own separate company, then you both are listed as "administrator" making the role a completely useless designation.

I needed a solution that allows me to have my students make posts that I could then approve. I found out the developer in their FAQ mentions that they will consider developing the functionality when in fact they have already developed it. It is a part of their higher-tier "White label" product. The developer is leading people on with false hope of future development of features that they have already developed and are holding back. Facebook business suite offers the same functionality for free.

I've been using Followr for a year now, and I really like it.

However, after the recent update that enabled Straico API integration, I found it almost unusable. There are many issues. All Claude AI models consistently display an "AI Text Generation Error:" message, as if the API cannot connect at all. For other models (Openai , Germini , Deepseek , Perplexity ), it seems like the prompt is not even being sent, which makes the Straico API feel pointless (even though I still lose credits).

Also, images generated via the Straico API cannot be saved as posts.

Two more requests: 1.Could you please add an option to strictly prevent any text from appearing in generated images? The text in images is often distorted and inaccurate, so this improvement would make things much better. 2. Also, please do not generate color palette images.

I don't really understand some harsh criticisms of Followr that I have read here lately, and that's why I take some time to give my opinion. Happily most reviews are positive, as those found in TrustPilot, but some people don't understand how difficult and time consumming it can be producing 100s of Facebook posts every single month.

Yes, Followr is not perfect (yet) but it has what is needed to find fresh ideas every single day with its different Posts generation (prompts, news, urls, AI suggestions, questions, etc). I'm creating and planning more than 40 FB posts every week in 1 hour. And they get more and more traction.

It is true that I have to change little things in the content or recreate images tuning the script to avoid text from AI, but what to expect more? I have tried at least 10 other tools before Followr, and this is the only one with a real efficiency and some fun on the road.

So, yes it is not perfect, but if it is not for you, don't be harsh and pass your way. You can pay other tools elsewhere, but don't discourage those who can really relieve their pain and save a lot of time in their workflow as I do. By the way, I've got more than 40K followers in my FB accounts, so I think I've got some experience in posting.

I had high hopes for this, as the agency deal was extremely appealing.

From the off, the onboarding experience was poor. The system only registered 9/10 codes - I followed redemption instructions to the tee but actually needed to create account BEFORE redeeming - and it took two days for support (Rodrigo) to respond.

Caveat: the founder responded via a different channel within four hours and, after insisting on a proof of purchase, sorted the issue. However, it’s not a good sign when the founder is responding a day and half before support.

Given the intention is to onboard clients to use this, it wasn’t a great start

Beyond that, the tool just didn’t meet benchmark;
- AI produced content that bore no resemblance to inputs whatsoever, not even close. Team advised me to customise the prompts, but if I wanted a manual, prompt-driven tool, I’d use Chat GPT.
- Limitations on publishing to certain platforms.
- Analytics is mostly a WIP - completely missing for Twitter & LinkedIn. In fact a lot of the advanced functionality seems to be Coming Soon.
- White labelling was a simple html embed rather than the more common custom domain.
- Onboarding my team by MagicLink didn’t work as the link never came (further underlining the using-with-clients issue). It wasn’t is spam and the email address was correct.

I really wanted to love this, but the conclusion I came to -underpinned by some other feedback here from those who stuck with it and gave it a go - was the tool needs to focus on implementing the functionality that’s already there and make it work, and upgrade support, before trying to expand the roadmap.
