I was looking for a multiple step / conversational form builder and I liked the design of Funnelforms. It had a little bit of a learning curve for me personally, but when I understood it, wauw. The ease of filling in the forms for the users, and the flow builder to skip not matching leads is great. And the calculations are great. I had build a match score with that so the candidate knows if it is a good match and to continue filling the form or not. In short, greater than expected.

The UI is super intuitive – I had my first multi-step form live in a few minutes, and it actually looked good. What really sets it apart though is the logic builder. You can guide your users based on their answers and even redirect them to different pages – perfect for quizzes, service selectors or segmenting leads.

I’ve also used the built-in calculator to create instant quote forms, and it's shockingly flexible. Combine that with their integrations (I hooked it up with ActiveCampaign and Google Sheets in no time), and it becomes a full-blown automation machine.

Some points to be aware of: You can’t go fully crazy with custom code unless you get creative, but for 99% of use cases, the design editor is more than enough. And while SMS OTP isn’t native yet, you can hack it via tools like Twilio + Zapier.
