Can I take advantage of this offer without being a Plus user?

I would like to give everyone on my team a Letterly account and have bought 20 codes for this purpose. The problem is that everyone is currently sharing one account, and everyone can see each other's notes. Is there a way for each account to be private, allowing me to decide what I want to share? Otherwise, I don't think this is intended for team use.

I think I saw an option to download the audio file but how long is it stored in Letterly before downloading? Also, I assume the download goes to the device, correct?

The 5 questions:

1) Transcription only visible with connection?

2) How to use offline mode?

3) Does processing of transcription, not repurposing, work without connection?

4) How to listen to records in-app, or on the phone without sending or sharing?

5) Where on the phone are the files saved, which folder is used?

1. Will it be possible to append content (I mean by recording it) to an existing note, and if so — do you have a timeline for this feature?

2. Will there be an option to merge notes?

3. Will we be able to rewrite an already rewritten version of note?
